KALLOZA staff will be suitably attired in matching uniforms and an identification badge will be displayed at all times.
The best available plant and equipment will be used, together with top of the range, environmentally friendly cleaning agents and materials.
A KALLOZA supervisor will be on site to inspect and ensure the work is being carried out to a high standard. KALLOZA will provide you with a written Quality KPI inspection report, including suggestions to improve overall levels of cleaning hygiene and safety.
We strongly believe that employee training is one of the most important factors in a high quality and efficient training program, which is why all our cleaning staff complete a formal training program before being assigned to your facility.
At KALOZZA, we do things a little differently, using an iPad with our specifically developed app to distribute status logs and information to our head office.
When our cleaners finish a room or area, a status update and their specific notes are logged in the app alongside your cleaner’s sign off. This allows us to closely manage the work of KALLOZA cleaners.
Cleaners can also attach images to highlight any damages or issues that need your attendance. These images are instantly received by our KALLOZA management team and yourself so you can start fixing any problems right away.
Upon first consultation we will come out and visit you for a thorough inspection of your facility, which includes taking detailed photographs.
We conduct a face-to-face meeting to gain an understanding of what you want. We will also make suggestions if we feel there is the need.
You will be provided with a written quote, and upon acceptance, a written agreement.
We then conduct an onsite induction for our cleaning and managerial staff to familiarise themselves with your facility and the work that needs to be carried out.
